Impact Report 2020

We're proud to share a new 9-month study that proves our methods significantly help asylum seekers better navigate the immigration process, even in the most challenging circumstances.The report focused on a pilot group of ~300 immigrants (men, women, and children from 10+ countries) who were stuck at the border due to the "Remain in Mexico" program. Over this time, a cohort of our partners texted updates about legal, political, and health protocols through the Mobile Pathways platform.These findings clearly show the value in providing regular updates to those trapped in the immigration process and creates a feeling of hope and safety while communicating their legal path forward.After receiving text updates from Mobile Pathways, the surveys' respondents confirmed that:

• 90% felt more hopeful for the future

• 85% felt safer because of the information shared by Mobile Pathways. 

• 76% better understood their options and shared this information with others in their families or circles
